The Property
Enjoy our stunning lakefront home, private sandy beach, 80-foot dock, and swim raft on pristine Spofford Lake. Our rental house is just one “first down” from the sandy beach - 30 feet. Paddleboat, 4 kayaks, and life jackets are provided. You may also bring your own boat, tie up at the private dock, and keep your trailer on-site.
Totally renovated in 2019 and designed as an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with sliding glass doors opening to a spacious 30’×10’ deck overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a private bath, spacious closet, and a wall of large windows facing the water.
The home is impeccably furnished to a degree far more comfortable than a typical lakeside camp - immaculate, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standard.
Please note: This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted.
Water safety: Guests use the lake, private beach, dock, swim raft, kayaks, paddleboat, and all recreational equipment at their own risk. Adult supervision is required for all minors at all times near or on the water. Life jackets are provided and strongly recommended for non-swimmers and children. The owners are not responsible for personal injury arising from the voluntary use of the lake or recreational amenities.
