The Property
Enjoy our stunning lakefront home, private sandy beach, 80-foot dock, and swim raft on pristine Spofford Lake. Our rental house is just one “first down” from the sandy beach — 30 feet. Paddleboat, 5 kayaks, and life jackets are provided. You may also bring your own boat, tie up at the private dock, and keep your trailer on-site.
Totally renovated in 2019 and designed as an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with sliding glass doors opening to a spacious 30’×10’ deck overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a private bath, spacious closet, and a wall of large windows facing the water.
